CLOTHING

Glenn will have the clothing that has been ordered with him on Wednesday
this week, ie 12 October. Cheques should be made out to Orrell Archers.

PEMBEC

Last Friday we started shooting at Pembec, Montrose Avenue, Wigan, and
hope to be there until the end of March, shooting from 7 to 9.30 pm.
The main building is not in use on Fridays evenings so don't be put off
by the apparent lack of activity. Parking is in front of the building
and the sports hall is at the back on the right of the driveway. If you
need more info please ask.

CHRISTMAS MEAL

A provisional booking has been made at The Vale Royal, Gathurst, for
7.30 pm on Saturday, 3 December. The price for three courses is £7.49
and I will need names before confirming the booking.

The menu is:
Starter - Tomato, Minestrone or Leek & Potato Soup, or Ham 'n' Cheese Melt
Main (carvery) - Roast Turkey with trimmings, Roast Beef with Yorkshire
Pudding and Gravy, Festive Gammon, Quorn Lasagne. As many veg and roast
potatoes as you like.
Pudding - Christmas pudding with Brandy sauce, Bottomless icecream with
your choice of sauce, or profiteroles

I will start taking names this Friday, 14 October, and will collect
deposits later.

CLUB COLOURS

We have a new supplier for clothing in club colours (approved by GNAS), all except Waterproof Suits with embroidered Club Logo. Also Embroidered Logo £5 which can be sewn or stuck on. Cheques should be made out to Orrell Archers still.
